Content Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what you may and may not create using ApeFX, operated by Ape AI. It applies to every prompt, upload, reference image, and generated output on the Service, and it supplements the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service. By using ApeFX you agree to follow it.

2. Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Abuse Material

We have absolute zero tolerance for any content that sexualises minors. You may not create, upload, request, or attempt to generate any sexual or suggestive content depicting anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor. This includes realistic, stylised, animated, and AI-generated depictions. We use automated and manual measures to detect this content, we will preserve relevant records, terminate the account, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use ApeFX to create or distribute content that:

• ✕Depicts real, identifiable people in a false, sexual, or defamatory way, or creates a likeness of a real person without their explicit consent (non-consensual deepfakes).
• ✕Is intended to deceive, such as fabricated images of real public figures or events presented as authentic.
• ✕Promotes, incites, or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• ✕Promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
• ✕Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• ✕Contains malware, attempts to breach security, or scrapes or abuses the Service infrastructure.
• ✕Violates the acceptable-use terms of the underlying AI model providers we route to.

4. Adult Content

Public generation on ApeFX is filtered for explicit sexual content through provider-side safety systems. Where any adult-oriented creative work is permitted, it is limited to consenting adults, must comply with all applicable law, and must never involve real people without consent. We may restrict or remove adult-oriented material at our discretion.

5. AI-Generated Content & Disclosure

All content created on ApeFX is AI-generated. If you publish or share it, you are responsible for disclosing that it is AI-generated where the law or platform requires it. We support content provenance standards and may attach provenance metadata or visible labels to outputs to meet transparency obligations such as the EU AI Act and similar regulations.

8. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion and without prior notice. Severe violations, including any involving minors, are reported to the appropriate authorities. Credits are not refunded for content removed due to a policy violation.
